A Change

Hello dear inquisitive bloggers and blog readers all over the world! today I'm back with another post that's written based on one of my essays I had to write in grade 8 as an assessment, so the names used may be real, but the incidents are fictous. Hope all of you enjoy, and don't forget to leave a comment. Blog on!

Unprecedented changes all around us

What can we achieve in our lives with a change? Let's see.

Once upon a while sailed two vessels, the captain of one was a grumpy old man and the captain of the other was a tranquil, calm gentleman. Lately, they happened to meet at the gloom of the monsoon storm, which was aimed at destroying the greatest vessels that ever sailed and ever will. One ship was in chaos, and the other in silence, in frozen music.
The gentleman and his crew remained unusually calm, while the old man struggled to get on with the fiery tempest, and was frazzled at the thought of nearing his end. Now what difference did it make? He was not the only one- close to his vessel stood the gentleman's, and both of them were in trouble.
Now that's wrong. Our gentleman wanted a change, a change in the history of sea travel- him and his companions were the first ever to successfully overcome a monsoon tempest, and they went on to discover several lands and their sea rotes. The man was none other than Vasco da Gama, a Spanish explorer.

What would have happened if he didn't want a change in this survival scenario? His crew would have been sacrificed to the raging storm, and would have never made history.

A change can be the turning point in one's life- it could be your life too. The change can be in one's habits, behaviour, thoughts, character, and many more. The change may be done by anyone- you or me, it does not matter. Never wait for a change, like our explorer previously mentioned, who brought a change by remaining calm in the extremes. And as Mahatma Gandhi - widely regarded as the father of the nation of India- said, "Be the change you want to see in this world". Don't stop. Don't limit yourself. Go on and bring a change, which may be a turning point for you, me, and our civilization.

And something I almost forgot: Wish you all a happy new year!

Another descriptive text

Hey guys! Thanks for staying tuned onto my blog. Today I'm back with another interesting descriptive text, and I'm hoping most of you would like it. Read and Enjoy!

The Glory of the night sky

The night sky- an ecstatic, glorious sight that never fades away into history, inspiring brainy young minds to think out of this world. When I look up at the night sky, I imagine myself in a spectacular space-suit, floating and leaping around graciously in the esoteric loneliness of space. At times, I am abstracted by the desolated mysteries of planet Mars- a place where none ought to be- by the soil that worn out a billion years ago and the amorphous rocks that endured all the way. There certainly is no cure to this gift of mankind- thus enhancing our ability to think beyond- and create a phenomenal world beyond possibilities.

Note: This might be one of the few descriptive texts I'll be including in my blog. Thanks for all your support!
